Objective:To explore the effectiveness and safety evaluation of domestic leisure football on resting heart rate and body composition improvement. Methods:Computer search EBSCO Host,Science Direct,Springer, WILEY,Pub Med,Web Of Science,SPORT Discus,ProQuest, China knowledge Network, Wanfang Database and Weipu Database, the retrieval date is from 2008 to 2017.A randomized controlled study on the effects of soccer on resting heart rate, maximal oxygen intake and body composition improvement was introduced.According to the criteria of cochrane bias risk evaluation, Reman5.3 was used to evaluate the bias risk.Use Stata14.0 software statistics to carry on systematic evaluation. Results:A total of 24 documents were included,a total of 818 volunteers, among them, there were 5 articles of grade A and 19 articles of grade B.Meta analysis shows that:Sensitivity analysis, excluding a document with poor homogeneity, leisure football improved resting heart rate significantly(P<0.01) and had little heterogeneity,WMD =-4.07 bpm,95%Cl(-5.22,-2.92),I~2=28.6%;leisure football improved participants' weight, lean weight and fat mass significantly(P<0.05),separate reduction2.64 kg、1.85 kg and 1.64 kg,but the heterogeneity is great(I~2>40%),the effect was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effect of leisure football on improving body mass index is not obvious,is 0.79 kg/m~2 and the effect is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Leisure football to improve resting heart rate recommended exercise prescription, the two groups lasted for 26 weeks.Warm up for 5 minutes.4~8 persons/group,4×12 minutes,2~3 times/week,relax for 5~10 minutes.Recommended sports prescription for improving body composition of leisure football, the two groups played 80%(HR),warm up for 5 minutes,3~5 persons/group,1~12 weeks,3×15 minutes/time;13~52 weeks,4×15 minutes/time,1~2 times/week,relax for 5 ~10 minutes. Conclusion:Leisure football improved participants' resting heart rate, body weight, lean weight and fat mass.Different exercise cycles, frequencies and times had different effects on resting heart rate and body composition. It is suggested that the scientific movement should be combined with sports demand.
