高分辨CT对肺部磨玻璃结节及早期肺癌的筛查

摘要
目的高分辨CT对肺部磨玻璃结节(GGN)及早期肺癌的筛查。方法纳入2016年1月—2017年9月在我院接受胸部CT检查的GGN及早期肺癌患者总计80例作为研究对象,所有患者均进行常规CT检查和高分辨CT检查,综合分析CT检查在GGN筛查中的应用价值。结果高分辨CT检查的检出率为95.00%(76/80),常规CT检查的检出率为77.50%(62/80),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);高分辨CT检查的肺癌肿瘤征像显示情况优于常规CT检查,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);高分辨CT检查的结节检查结果优于常规CT检查,能够有效反应患者的患病情况。结论采用高分辨CT检查的检验效率高于常规的CT检查,能够更好地反映出患者肺部肿瘤的征象问题,使患者能够早日接受治疗。本次研究表明,胸部高分辨CT检查在GGN筛查以及早期肺癌的筛查中具有重要作用,值得全面落实使用,提升该部分患者的综合诊断效率。
Objective To screen GGN and early lung cancer by high resolution CT. Methods From January 2016 to September 2017, a total of 80 patients with GGN and early lung cancer underwent chest CT examination in our hospital were enrolled as subjects. All patients underwent routine CT examination and high resolution CT examination. The application value of CT examination in GGN screening was comprehensively analyzed. Results The detection rate of high resolution CT was 95.00%(76/80) and that of conventional CT was 77.50%(62/80), with statistical significance(P < 0.05).High-resolution CT is superior to conventional CT in showing the signs of lung cancer, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). The results of nodule examination by high resolution CT are better than those by conventional CT, which can effectively reflect the patient's condition. Conclusion The efficiency of high resolution CT examination is obviously higher than that of conventional CT examination, which can better reflect the signs of lung cancer and enable patients to receive early treatment. This study shows that high-resolution chest CT plays an important role in GGN screening and early lung cancer screening. It is worth fully implementing and improving the comprehensive diagnostic efficiency of this part of patients.
