急诊应用呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭效果分析

摘要
目的研究探讨急诊应用呼吸机治疗重症急性左心心力衰竭的临床效果及应用价值。方法方便选取该院2017年2月—2018年2月收治的130例重症急性左心心力衰竭患者,根据治疗方法的随机分为对照组和观察组,每组65例。对照组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者进行常规治疗,观察组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者在对照组的基础上应用呼吸机治疗,比较分析两组疗效。结果观察组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者的治疗有效率为90.77%,显著高于对照组的73.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.978,P<0.05)。观察组重症急性左心心力衰竭患者的死亡率为6.154%,显著低于对照组患者的21.538%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.456,P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组患者心率、血压及呼吸频率分别为(150.9±11.3)次/min、(153.4±7.8)mmHg、(40.3±6.2)次/min,对照组患者心率、血压及呼吸频率分别为(151.8±10.8)次/min、(170.7±13.6)mmHg、(45.8±10.6)次/min;治疗后,观察组患者心率、血压及呼吸频率分别为(110.7±7.6)次/min、(142.6±5.7)mmHg、(31.3±4.1)次/min,对照组患者心率、血压及呼吸频率分别为(140.6±7.6)次/min、(171.2±13.4)mmHg、(46.1±10.5)次/min;观察组患者心率、血压及呼吸频率的改善情况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症急性左心心力衰竭患者的常规治疗过程中应用呼吸机治疗,能够提高患者的治疗有效率,降低患者的死亡率,改善患者生命体征。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and application value of emergency use of ventilator in the treatment of severe acute left heart failure. Methods A total of 130 patients with severe acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were convenient selected. Patients with severe acute left heart failure in the control group were treated routinely. Patients with severe acute left heart failure in the observation group were treated with ventilator on the basis of the control group, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The effective rate of treatment in patients with severe acute left heart failure was 90.77%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.85%,the different was statistically significant(χ~2=7.978, P <0.05). Conclusion The application of ventilator in the routine treatment of patients with severe acute left heart failure can improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the mortality rate and improve the vital signs of patients.
