摘要
针对人们对标准物质标准值的不确定度的不同理解和计算,结合钡矿化学成分标准物质的研制过程,提出了化学分析用钡矿标准物质标准值的不确定度评定方法,采用标准偏差法、单因素方差分析法及趋势分析法对标准物质定值过程、均匀性检验及稳定性检验引入的不确定度予以评定,获知标准值拓展之外的不确定度,能够有效的指导标准物质的研制,为其更好的使用提供了参考依据。
According to people's different understanding and calculation of the uncertainty of the standard value of the standard substance, combined with the development process of the standard substance for chemical composition of barium ore, an evaluation method of the uncertainty of the standard value of the standard substance for chemical analysis is proposed, which uses standard deviation method, one-way variance analysis method and trend analysis method to evaluate the uncertainty introduced by the standard substance setting process, uniformity test and stability test. Knowing the uncertainty beyond the expansion of the standard value can effectively guide the development of the standard substance and provide a reference for its better use.
