摘要
讨论了总有机碳分析仪法在进行湖泊沉积物TOC测量过程中存在的问题,并给出了解决方案。用优化后的方法对美国国家标准与技术研究所(NIST)标样SRM 1941b和SRM1649b,以及国家标准物质GSS-9进行重复测试。结果显示,相对标准偏差均小于1%,同时测量值与标准参考值的相对误差也在±2%之内。说明该方法精密度高,测量结果准确可靠。
        Problems frequently encountered during TOC testing were discussed and corresponding solutions were provided. NIST standards SRM 1941 b and SRM 1649 b,as well as the national standard substance GSS-9 were measured repeatedly based on the optimized method. The results showed that relative standard deviations were all less than 1%; meanwhile,the relative errors between measured values and standard reference values were within ± 2%. It indicated that the method had high precision and the measured results were accurate and reliable.
