摘要
机场航站楼属于大空间构筑物,距离市区远,供水水压稳定性为重点解决问题。为满足航站楼各用水点的用水要求,设计了以供水压力作为控制对象的闭环PID控制系统。此控制系统主要由远传压力表、三相异步电机、变频器、PLC等组成,PLC通过控制变频器来调节水泵转速以及投入运行水泵台数,达到供水压力恒定的目的。该系统不仅节能环保,而且具有生活、生产、消防一体化的优点,便于实现机场供水系统的集中管理和监控。
        The airport terminal is a large space structure which is far from the urban area,so the stability of the water supply pressure becomes an important factor to the problem.In order to meet the water use requirements of each water point in the terminal building,this paper designs a closed-loop PID control system with water pressure as the control object.The control system mainly consists of remote pressure gauge,three-phase asynchronous motor,inverter,PLC and other components.By controlling the freguency converter,PLC adjusts the pump speed and puts into the number of the running pump to achieve the purpose of water supply pressure.The system is not only energy saving and environmental protection,but also has the advantages of integration of living,production and fire protection which can facilitate the centralized management and monitoring of the airport water supply system.
