摘要
目的:研究九节根的化学成分。方法:九节根用80%乙醇回流提取,提取液经减压浓缩得到浸膏,水部位应用D101大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、ODS C18和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱分离得到8个化合物,并根据其理化性质和波谱分析来解析这些化合物的结构。结果:从九节根中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:asperulosidic acid(1)、6-methoxygeniposidic acid(2)、6α-hydroxygeniposide(3)、deacetylasperulosidic acid(4)、asperuloside(5)、蔗糖(6)、蔗糖乙酸酯(7)、葡萄糖乙酸酯(8)。结论:化合物1、2、4、5为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物2、4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Psychotria rubra. Methods: The roots of Psychotria rubra were extracted with 80% ethanol for reflux,and the extracts were evaporated. Eight compounds were isolated by D101 macroporous resin,silica gel chromatography,ODS C18 and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography from water part of extracts. Their structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Eight compounds were obtained from the roots from Psychotria rubra,and identified as asperulosidic acid( 1),6-methoxygeniposidic acid( 2),6α-hydroxygeniposide( 3),deacetylasperulosidic acid( 4),asperuloside( 5),sucrose( 6),1-O-acetyl-β-D-galactopyranose( 7) and 1-O-acetyl-β-D-glucoside( 8). Conclusion:Compounds 1,2,4,5 are isolated from Psychotria rubra for the first time,compounds 2,4 are isolated from Psychotria genus for the first time.
