电液比例变量轴向柱塞泵控制特性研究

摘要
以双向电液比例变排量轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,通过分析变量机构的控制原理和斜盘的变量阻力矩,建立了基于变量活塞位置反馈的闭环排量控制系统,以达到排量跟随给定控制信号的变排量控制目的并使其具有良好的动态响应特性和稳态控制特性。利用SimulationX软件对双向电液比例变排量轴向柱塞泵建模并进行仿真,得出了排量控制特性曲线并分析了关键参数对控制特性的影响。为电液比例轴向柱塞泵变量机构设计以及参数优化提供了可靠的理论依据。
        The research on the bi-directional electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement axial piston pump was presented. By analyzing the control principle of the variable mechanism and the swash plate variable resistance moment, the closed-loop displacement control system was established on the base of the variable displacement piston position feedback, which is to achieve the purpose that the displacement follows the given control signal of variable displacement control with good dynamic response characteristics and steady state control characteristic. Through modeling and simulation of the bi-directional electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement axial piston pump by using SimulationX software,the displacement control characteristic curves are obtained and the key parameters which affect the control characteristics are analyzed. This provides a reliable theoretical basis for the variable mechanism design and parameter optimization of electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement axial piston pump.
