掘进机负载敏感系统油缸背压分析

摘要
掘进机截割油缸背压是决定掘进机截割能力的关键因素,为了保持截割油缸合理的背压,对掘进机负载敏感系统进行分析,建立了截割油缸背压的数学方程,得出了影响截割油缸背压的关键因素。应用SimulationX多体动力学仿真软件对掘进机截割液压回路进行仿真建模,对比研究了不同阀芯位置、油缸速比和阀芯结构下截割油缸的背压。结果表明,油缸速比越大,背压越大;当采用非对称阀芯时,能够有效减小背压,合理的匹配油缸的速比和背压。
        The key factor determining the cutting ability of the roadheader is the back pressure of the cutting oil cylinder, in order to maintain the reasonable back pressure of the cutting oil cylinder, the load sensitive system of the roadheader is analyzed, the mathematical equation of the back pressure of the cutting oil cylinder is established, and the key factors affecting the back pressure of the cutting oil cylinder are obtained. The simulation model of the cutting hydraulic circuit of the roadheader is established based on the multi body dynamics simulation software SimulationX, and the back pressure of the oil cylinder is studied comparatively under the different valve core displacement, the oil cylinder speed ratio and the valve core structure. The results show that the larger the oil cylinder speed ratio,the larger the back pressure; when the asymmetric valve core is used, the back pressure can be reduced effectively, and the speed ratio and the back pressure of the oil cylinder can be reasonably matched.
