摘要
在理论计算和仿真分析的基础上,以托辊的轴、壳、迷宫压盖为优化变量,以托辊的总体成本和寿命为目标函数,设计了一种新型托辊。该托辊采用等强度梁概念和空心阶梯轴,最大限度地提高了轴及轴承的整体承载能力。托辊两端采用一体化铸造迷宫装置,采用不同旋转方向的螺杆结构,自动提高密封效果。最后在工程应用中验证了该托辊的实用性,降低了成本,取得了可观的经济效益。
        On the basis of theoretical calculation and coupling simulation,a new kind of idler was designed with the shaft,shell,and labyrinth gland of the idler as optimization variables and with overall cost and life span of the roller as objective functions. This idler adopts the equal strength beam concept and maximizes the overall carrying capacity of the shaft and the bearing by using a hollow step-shaft.The idler effectively adopts the one-piece casting labyrinth gland, thereby automatically enhancing the sealing effect with a screw structure in different rotation directions. Finally, the idler was verified to be practical in engineering applications,with cost reduction and considerable economic benefits.
