摘要
随着经济技术的发展,复合型人才已成为目前人才市场上的普遍需求。产学研合作恰因参与各方在培养模式、资源、目标上的差异,形成了鲜明互补性特点。交通行业作为一种实践性强、行业特色明显的专业领域,如何通过产学研合作,提升复合型人才培育效果是重要课题。论文分析了高校、企业在人才培养模式、目标、资源上的特点及异同,探讨了高校与企业在人才培养模式中应该承担的角色。重点分析了交通行业高校在产学研合作复合型人才培养中应当采取的策略。
With the development of economic technology,inter-disciplinary talents have been becoming general demands of the current human resource market.It is because the difference in training mode,resources,goals that Industry-University-Research cooperation formed distinctive complementary features.Transportation is a kind of practicing industry with obvious characteristics,it is an important subject that how to improve the effect of inter-disciplinary talents by combining Industry-University-Research.This paper analyse the characteristics and similarities and differences between university and enterprise in the mode of personnel training,the goals and resources,and explore the role that enterprise and university should take in the mode of personnel training.The key point of the analysis is the strategy that should be taken in the training of inter-disciplinary talents of Industry-University-Research in transportation industry.
