探索“双重老龄化”城市的“多代际社区”更新模式——以苏州古城5号街坊为例

人口老龄化已成为一个严重的全球性问题,对许多地区来说是一个巨大的挑战,而中国也早已进入老龄化社会[2]。在中国,老龄化似乎是一个严重的社会问题,因为老龄化直接导致劳动力供应的减少和政府经济压力的增加。而在其他的一些国家的学者看来,人口老龄化可能在社会中发挥更积极的作用,因此如果在一个社区中我们促进老年人的积极参与,老年人可能不必成为社会继续发展的消极因素[1]。因此,我们能否吸引更多的年轻一代回归古城,将老年人口从社会"负担"转向"资源",并通过多代际社区使所有年龄阶层共存于古城,促进古城"软件"与"硬件"的全面更新于复兴,成为主要的研究问题。
The aging of the population has become a serious global problem, which is a huge challenge for many regions, and China has already entered an aging society. In China, aging seems to be a serious social problem, as aging directly leads to a decline in labor supply and an increase in government economic pressure. In the view of scholars in other countries, aging population may play a more active role in society, so if we promote the active participation of the elderly in a community, the elderly may not have to be a negative factor in the continued development of society. Therefore, can we attract more young generations to return to the ancient city, and shift the elderly population from social "burden" to "resources", and coexist all ages and promote the comprehensive regeneration from "software" and "hardware" of the ancient city through 'multi-generational communities' ? This becomes a major research issue.
