摘要
针对无缝钢管热处理后性能不均现象进行了分析。现场跟踪观察与检验结果表明,通过采取控制热处理炉炉温均匀性及水淬均匀性等措施,可改善同一支管性能的均匀性,使石油套管的性能处于均匀可控状态。
        The phenomenon of heterogeneous properties of high grade oil casings after hea t treatment is analyzed. According to the results of on-site tracking and observing and subsequent testing, it is concluded that the homogeneity of properties of the same pipe can be improved which means that the properties of oil casings can be controlled uniformly by adopting such measures as controlling the uniformity of the temperature in a heat treatment furnace and the water-quenched homogeneity.
