摘要

高职学生在体育训练过程中出现的运动惰性严重的问题,已经成为了影响高职院校体育教学效率和质量提升的重要因素。所以,加强高职院校体育教学与训练中学生运动惰性克服策略研究的力度,制定切实可行的克服学生运动惰性的策略,对于高职院校体育教学与训练质量的提升有着积极的促进作用。
        The serious problem of sports inertia of higher vocational students in the process of sports training has become an important factor affecting the improvement of the efficiency and quality of physical education teaching in Higher Vocational colleges. Therefore, strengthening the research on strategies to overcome students' sports inertia in physical education teaching and training in Higher Vocational Colleges and formulating practical strategies to overcome students' sports inertia will play a positive role in promoting the quality of physical education teaching and training in Higher Vocational colleges.
