摘要
针对秦淮河流域河网复杂、水工建筑物密集、受人为因素干扰较多的特点,采用MIKE11软件通过水文计算单元划分、河网拓扑结构搭建、水工建筑物设置等工作构建秦淮河流域一维水文水动力耦合模型,利用实测洪水资料进行了模型参数的率定检验,并通过模型复核了秦淮河现状防洪能力,针对秦淮河流域现状防洪能力不足的问题,研究了外秦淮河、秦淮新河等河道清淤、秦淮东河工程实施、新增调蓄湖泊、圩区限排等工程及非工程措施的防洪效果。结果表明,通过多种措施并举可有效降低秦淮河设计洪水位,提升流域防洪能力,为秦淮河流域防洪治理工作提供借鉴。
        In view of Qinhuai River watershed with complex river network,intensive hydraulic structures and a lot of human disturbance,this article builds the coupled hydrology-hydrodynamics model of Qinhuai River watershed using MIKE11 software by division of hydrological computing units,construction of river network topology and hydraulic structure settings.And the parameters of the model are calibrated by the measured flood data.Flood control capacity of Qinhuai River watershed is reviewed.In the light of inadequate flood control capacity of Qinhuai River watershed,this article puts forward a variety of solutions such as desilting of External Qinhuai River and Qinhuai New river,the project implementation of Qinhuai East river,the construction of new impounded lakes and the flood discharges limiting of low-lying land.The results indicate that these solutions can effectively reduce the design flood level of Qinhuai River and improve flood control capacity of Qinhuai River watershed.Through the above analysis,some references are hoped to be given for the work of flood control management in Qinhuai River watershed.
