2017—2018年中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院第二类精神药品使用情况分析

摘要
目的分析2017—2018年解放军第九八八医院门诊第二类精神药品的使用情况,为促进临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法利用计算机信息管理系统提取2017—2018年解放军第九八八医院第二类精神药品的应用数据,对其销量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、药品排序比(B/A)等进行统计和分析。结果 2017—2018年,第二类精神药品的用量、销售金额逐年增长,艾司唑仑片、阿普唑仑片和氯硝西泮片的用量排名前3位,佐匹克隆胶囊、右佐匹克隆片和艾司唑仑片的销售金额排名前3位。第二类精神药品的DDDs逐年增长,艾司唑仑片、阿普唑仑片和氯硝西泮片的DDDs排名稳居前3位。第二类精神药品的DDC排名基本稳定,注射用苯巴比妥钠、盐酸曲马多片和右佐匹克隆片的DDC排名始终前3位。盐酸曲马多片、注射用苯巴比妥钠、地西泮注射液的B/A接近1.00,个别精神药品的B/A远大于1.00。结论解放军第九八八医院门诊第二类精神药品的使用基本合理,个别药品存在不合理使用现象,仍需加强临床药师和医院领导的监督和管控,促进药品的临床合理应用。
Objective To investigate the usage and variation tendency of second class psychotropic substances in No. 988 Hospital of PLA from 2017 to 2018, in order to provide reference for rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The date of second class psychotropic drugs in No. 988 Hospital of PLA from 2017 to 2018 was collected by using computer information management system, and the consumption quantity, consumption sum, frequency of drug use(DDDs), defined daily cost(DDC), and drug sequence ratio(B/A) were calculated and analyzed. Results From 2017 to 2018, consumption quantity and consumption sums of second class psychoactive drugs increased rapidly year by year. The top three consumption quantity of second class psychotropic drugs were Estazolam Tablets, Alprazolam Tablets, and Clonazepam Tablets. Consumption sum of Zopiclone Capsules, Eszopiclone Tablets, and Estazolam Tablets ranked the top three. DDC ranking of the second class of psychotropic drugs were stable. DDC of Phenobarbitol Sodium for injection, Tramadol Hydrochloride Tablets, and Dexzopiclone Tablets were larger, and ranked the top three. B/A of Tramadol Hydrochloride Tablets, Phenobarbitol Sodium for injection, and Diazepam Injection were close to 1.00. While B/A of individual psychotropic drugs was far larger than 1.00. Conclusion The use of the second class of psychotropic drugs in No. 988 Hospital of PLA is basically reasonable, but there are still some unreasonable use. It is still necessary to strengthen the supervision and control of clinical pharmacists and hospital leaders, in order to promote the rational clinical application of drugs.
