先心病患儿介入治疗中应用右美托咪定对心肌酶的影响

摘要
目的探讨先心病患儿介入治疗中应用右美托咪定对心肌酶的影响。方法本次研究选取行先天性心脏病封堵术治疗的58例先心病患儿。通过采取随机数字表法将58例患儿均分为两组。观察组29例患儿采取右美托咪定联合氯胺酮辅助治疗,对照组29例患儿采取氯胺酮辅助治疗。结果观察组患儿术中心肌钙蛋白1、磷酸肌酸激酶以及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶浓度明显优于与对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论盐酸右美托咪定在先心病患儿介入治疗中可以改善心肌酶学,使先天性心脏病封堵术安全性得到显著提升,值得临床推广和广泛应用。
        Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine on myocardial enzymes in interventional treatment of congenital heart disease. Methods This study selected 58 children with congenital heart disease who underwent congenital heart disease occlusion. 58 children were divided into two groups by random number table method. In observation group, 29 patients were treated with dexmedetomidine combined with ketamine, and 29 patients in the control group were treated with ketamine. Results The concentrations of cardiac troponin 1, phosphocreatine kinase and creatine kinase isoenzymes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride can improve myocardial enzymology in the interventional treatment of congenital heart disease in children with congenital heart disease. It can significantly improve the safety of congenital heart disease occlusion. It is worthy of clinical promotion and wide application.
