疼痛护理干预在耳鼻喉科病房应用后的效果

摘要
目的研究对耳鼻喉科患者采取疼痛护理干预的效果。方法抽取2016年4月—2018年5月期间在该院耳鼻喉科接受治疗的患者84例,按照电脑随机数字表法分成两组,分别是对照组、研究组,其中对照组42例患者采取常规护理干预,而研究组42例患者在此基础上施以痛疼护理干预,观察两组患者的焦虑抑郁情况、疼痛情况,及对护理服务质量、满意度情况。结果干预前两组患者的焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而经疼痛护理干预后,研究组患者术后1 d、2 d的疼痛(VAS)评分为(5.30±0.64)分、(3.21±0.31)分,对照组患者为(6.20±0.14)分、(5.03±1.12)分,显然研究组患者的疼痛评分改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.00,3.21,P<0.05);且干预后研究组患者的SDS、SAS评分为(59.21±1.34)分、(50.31±1.03)分,对照组患者为(64.48±2.36)分、(54.32±2.60)分,可见研究组患者干预后的SDS、SAS评分优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(t=4.37,3.04,P<0.05)。此外,研究组患者对护理服务满意度为95.24%(40/42),且护理质量的评分如输液管理为(2.10±0.09)分、用药监管为(1.25±0.34)分、病房管理为(1.54±0.23)分、服务态度为(1.98±0.34)分,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.22,t=4.81、2.90、8.52、11.52,P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉科病房中对患者施以疼痛护理干预,不仅可提高护理服务质量及满意度,还可改善患者术后的疼痛症状、不良情绪,以促使患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To study the effect of pain nursing intervention in the ward in the department of otorhinolaryngology. Methods 84 cases of patients in our department from April 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing intervention, while the research group used the pain nursing intervention, and the anxiety and depression, pains, nursing service quality and satisfactory degree of the two groups were observed. Results Before intervention, there were no obvious differences in the SAS score and SDS score, without statistical significance(P>0.05), after the pain nursing intervention, the VAS score in 1 d and 2 d after surgery in the study group and in the control group were respectively(5.30±0.64)points,(3.21±0.31)points and(6.20±0.14)points,(5.03±1.12)points, and the improvement range of pain score in the study group was bigger than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.00, 3.21, P<0.01), after intervention, the SDS score and SAS score in the study group and in the control group were respectively(59.21±1.34)points,(50.31±1.03)points and(64.48±2.36)points,(54.32±2.60)points, and the indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance,(t=4.37,3.04, P<0.05),besides, the nursing service satisfactory degree, nursing quality score such as infusion management, medication supervision, ward management and service attitude in the study group were respectively 95.24%(40/42),(2.10±0.09) marks,(1.25±0.34)points,(1.54±0.23)points,(1.98±0.34)points, better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(χ~2=6.22, t=4.81, 2.90, 8.52, 11.52,P<0.05). Conclusion The pain nursing intervention in the ward in the department of otorhinolaryngology can not only improve the nursing service and satisfactory degree, but also improve the postoperative symptoms and adverse emotions to promote the early rehabilitation, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
