摘要
本文主要讨论了温度变化引起的压差效应对焊接密封型称重传感器零点输出和稳定性的影响。通过设计的对比实验,验证了焊接密封型称重传感器的零点输出会受到传感器内外压差变化的影响。这些影响包括传感器零点输出误差的变化以及传感器需要更长的零点输出稳定时间。同时,理论分析表明本文实验中采用的密封型传感器的内外压差每增加1k Pa,传感器输出变化大约0.014%FS。本文的研究结果对今后提高焊接密封型称重传感器的精度和稳定性具有一定的参考价值。
        The paper discussed differential pressure effect in hermetic load cell which caused by temperature change, and the zero output will influenced by differential pressure effect. Through experiment design and comparative testing, it is proved that the zero output of hermetic load cell was influenced by variable differential pressure between the hermetic cavity of load cell inside and external environment. The effects include zero output error change and more dwell time to get stability reading. Furthermore, the results of finite element analysis showed that the output of hermetic load cell in experiment will increase about 0.014% FS when 1 kPa differential pressure applied inside. The above results have some reference value for high accuracy and high stability hermetic load cell research.
