摘要
针对网络分析仪无线移动测量的需求,提出了一种基于Android的网络分析仪无线移动测量系统。该无线移动测量系统由智能移动端、实验室仪器端和包含WiFi模块的服务器端组成。智能移动端通过WiFi连接到服务器端并向其发送控制命令,服务器端接收到控制命令后通过LAN连接接口向网络分析仪发送SCPI标准控制指令,网络分析仪根据SCPI标准指令来完成测量操作,分析和输出测量结果。通过中心频率为101.764MHz的声表面波器件的测量实验,验证了网络分析仪无线移动测量系统的适用性。
In view of the requirement of wireless mobile measurement of a network analyzer,a wireless mobile measurement system based on Android network analyzer is proposed.The wireless mobile measurement system consists of the intelligent mobile terminal,laboratory instrument terminal and server terminal which contains a WiFi module.The intelligent mobile terminal connects the server terminal through the WiFi and sends control commands to it.The server receives the control commands and sends SCPI standard control instructions to the network analyzer through the LAN connection interface.The network analyzer completes measurement operation,analyses and outputs measurement results according to SCPI standard instructions.The applicability of the wireless mobile measurement system of the network analyzer is verified by the measurement experiment of surface acoustic wave devices with a center frequency of 101.764 MHz.
