济南郊区隧道接地外护套环流对电缆影响检测模拟分析

摘要
为了研究隧道接地外护套环流对电缆产生的影响,需要模拟分析隧道接地外护套环流对电缆的影响。当前电缆故障检测方法得到的接地外护套环流值精准度较低,接地外护套环流对电缆影响的模拟分析结果与实际结果不符。以济南郊区隧道为例,模拟分析隧道接地外护套环流对电缆的影响,在分析隧道高压电缆结构的基础上构建金属护套环流计算模型,根据计算结果模拟分析隧道接地外护套环流对电缆的影响,得到的模拟分析结果为当接地外护套环流小于等于设置的阈值时,电力电缆正常工作;当接地外护套环流大于设置的阈值时,接地不正常的部位温度过高,引燃电缆接地外护套的绝缘材料,造成电力电缆被烧毁。实验结果表明,所提方法可准确的测得接地外护套环流值,所提方法模拟分析的结果与实测得到的结果相符。
        In order to study the influence of the circulation of the outer jacket of the tunnel on the cable, it is necessary to simulate and analyze the effect of the circulation of the outer sheath of the tunnel on the cable. The accuracy of the circulating current value of the grounded outer jacket obtained by the current cable fault detection method is low, and the simulation analysis result of the influence of the circulating current of the grounded outer jacket on the cable does not conform to the actual results. Taking the Jinan suburban tunnel as an example, the influence of the circulating current of the outer jacket of the tunnel on the cable is simulated and analyzed. The circulation calculation model of the metal jacket is constructed on the basis of the analysis of the high voltage cable structure of the tunnel, and the tunnel grounding outer sheath circulation current is simulated and analyzed based on the calculation results. The impact of the simulation results obtained is that when the circulating current of the grounding outer jacket is less than or equal to the set threshold, the power cable works normally; when the circulating current of the grounded outer jacket is greater than the set threshold, the temperature of the abnormally grounded location is too high, and the ignition occurs. The insulating material of the outer jacket of the cable grounding causes the power cable to be burned. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately measure the circumfluence of the grounded outer jacket. The simulation results of the proposed method are consistent with the measured results.
