图书馆APP服务现状与发展策略研究——以“985”高校为例

摘要
通过登录官方网站、关注微信公众号、下载并体验APP、电话与邮件咨询等方式,对"985"高校图书馆APP的服务现状、版本迭代、宣传模式及内容模块设计进行系统考察,发现其存在的问题,建议强化技术引擎、发挥智能终端优势、提升UGC内容生产比例、加大口碑营销和深化数据挖掘,以助力于高校图书馆APP移动服务的完善和信息服务水平的提高。
Through researching the official websites of libraries,following WeChat official accounts,downloading and experiencing the APP in mobile phones,asking online consulting with mail and so on,the author makes a systematical survey of service status of of library APP in project 985 universities, version updates, propaganda model and user experience,finds the existing problems and proposes to normalize the magenent of APP,give full play to the advantages of intelligent terminal,increase the content of section construction,do well in digging big data of users' information,and construct intelligent library platform and so on,so as to the perfection of domestic university library APP mobile services and provide reference for the improvement of information service.
