摘要
目的研究开发一种微型瓶标志的自动印刷系统,能够对直径为4~8 mm的药丸包装用微型小圆锥、微型小圆柱瓶标志进行自动印刷。方法通过对微型瓶外形及其标志印刷条件的分析,进行印刷方式的筛选和工艺对比,确定系统的总体设计方案和基本组成。结果研究并解决了系统设计过程中上料振动盘、理料机构、传料机构、接料机构、印刷机构等关键技术问题,并设计了气动系统及PLC控制系统。结论实际使用情况表明系统工作状态良好,运行高效可靠。
        The work aims to study and develop an automatic printing system for micro bottle marks, which can automatically print the micro conical and cylindrical bottle marks used for the packaging of the pills with diameters from 4 mm to 8 mm. Based on the analysis of the micro bottle's appearance and the printing condition of its marks, a comparison between the screening and process of printing methods was made to determine the overall design scheme and basic composition of the system. The key technical problems of the feeding vibration plate, finishing mechanism, transmission mechanism, receiving mechanism and printing mechanism found in designing the system were studied and solved. The pneumatic system and PLC control system were also designed. The actual usage shows that the system is in good working condition and runs efficiently and reliably.
