摘要
目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中丝氨酸/精氨酸富集剪接因子1(serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1,SRSF1)和凋亡蛋白抑制因子Livin表达及临床意义。方法膀胱移行细胞癌患者46例,取手术切除癌组织46份为膀胱移行细胞癌组,癌旁正常组织10份为对照组,采用免疫组织化学法检测2组SRSF1和Livin阳性表达情况,分析SRSF1和Livin阳性表达与膀胱移行细胞癌临床病理特征的关系,Spearman秩相关分析膀胱移行细胞癌患者SRSF1和Livin阳性表达的相关性。结果膀胱移行细胞癌组SRSF1、Livin阳性表达率(80.4%、82.6%)均高于对照组(10.0%、30.0%)(P<0.05);膀胱移行细胞癌组肿瘤复发者SRSF1、Livin阳性表达率(92.6%、96.3%)高于未复发者(63.2%、63.2%)(P<0.05),SRSF1、Livin阳性表达率在肿瘤是否单发、分化程度、TNM分期上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,膀胱移行细胞癌组SRSF1和Livin阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.662,P<0.001)。结论膀胱移行细胞癌组织中Livin、SRSF1呈高表达,且与患者复发有关。
        Objective To investigate the expressions of serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1(SRSF1)and apoptotic inhibitor Livin in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)and their clinical significances.Methods The expressions of SRSF1 and Livin were detected by immunohistochemical method in 46 samples of resected BTCC tissues(BTCC group)and 10 samples of adjacent normal tissues(control group)from 46 patients with BTCC.The relationship of SRSF1 and Livin expressions with the clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.The Spearman method was used to analyze the correlation between SRSF1 and Livin.Results The positive rates of SRSF1 and Livin were significantly higher in BTCC group(80.4%,82.6%)than those in control group(10.0%,30.0%)(P<0.05).The positive rates of SRSF1 and Livin were significantly higher in recurrent patients(92.6%,96.3%)than those in patients without recurrence(63.2%,63.2%)in BTCC group(P<0.05).The positive rates of SRSF1 and Livin showed no significant differences in single or multiple tumor,differentiation degree and TNM stage(P>0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expressions of SRSF1 and Livin protein were positively correlated with BTCC(r=0.662,P<0.001).Conclusion Livin and SRSF1 are highly expressed in BTCC and are involved in its recurrence.
