从脾论治小儿抽动秽语综合征

摘要
小儿抽动秽语综合征病位在肝,脾虚为本,分为脾虚肝亢型、脾虚痰凝型、脾胃阴虚型、心脾两虚型。将"扶土补脾"贯穿于治疗小儿抽动秽语综合征的始终,重视调整脏腑及其相互之间的平衡与协调,分别采用补脾抑木、柔肝息风,运脾化湿、涤痰定志,滋补脾阴、平息肝风,健脾养心、宁神息风等方法辨证论治,临床疗效满意。附典型案例1则,以资验证。
Child Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome occurs at the spleen,its original cause is the spleen deficiency which can be classified into spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity type,phlegm coagulation due to spleen deficiency type,deficiency of spleen and stomach yin type and asthenia of heart and spleen type. The use of"strengthening earth to invigorate spleen"principle should span the whole course of treatment,with emphasis on regulating zang and fu as well as the balance and harmony among them,hence the syndrome differentiation and treatment of using invigorating spleen to repress wood,nourishing liver to calm the endopathic wind; activating the spleen to resolve dampness,removing phlegm to tranquilize mind; nourishing spleen yin,soothing liver to stop wind;and invigorating spleen to nourish heart,tranquilizing mind to stop wind,respectively. Its clinical efficacy is quite satisfactory.One typical case is attached for verification.
