摘要
114坐席、112故障申告、170话费查询催缴系统是以语音卡为基础,覆盖后堡14200门电话用户,应用范围较广。为了更好的为用户服务,我们用数据中继代替了配线盒,实现了由模拟线到数据线的移植。改进后,通道的利用率提高了38. 4%,并平均每年为公司节约人力资源成本47. 98%,节省材料费5980元、工具费2360元,节约话费2万元。
The 114 directory inquire,112 malfunction announcements,170 telephone fee inquiry and reminder system are based on voice card that covering 14200 telephone users in Houbao and has a wide range of applications. In order to better serve the users,the paper replaces the wiring boxes with data relay,and realizes the transplantation from analog line to data line. After improvement,the utilization rate of the corridor increases by 38. 4%,and saves 47. 98% of the company's human resource cost, $ 5980 of material cost, $ 2360 of tool cost and$ 20,000 of telephone cost.
