摘要

差异性和多元性的典型特征,使中国的金融创新在理论认识和制度安排上都有自己的独特属性。从内容上而言,金融创新包括金融产品创新和金融制度创新。从事金融创新的劳动和用于金融创新的资本具有推动金融产品创新的作用。坚持劳动贡献归劳动者所得,资本贡献归资本所有者所得的原则,有利于调动金融制度创新和金融产品创新的积极性和主动性。重新建立劳动者以自己劳动为基础的个人所有制,是实现劳动贡献归劳动者所有、资本贡献归资本所有者所有的制度保障。深化金融教育制度和金融市场制度的变革,能够推动中国金融创新有序、规范运行。
        Financial product innovation and financial system innovation are two basic elements of financial innovation. Labor in financial innovation and capital for financial innovation have the function of promoting financial product innovation. Adhering to the principle that labor contribution belongs to the income of workers and capital contribution belongs to the income of capital owners is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of financial system innovation and financial product innovation. Re-establishing the individual ownership system based on laborer's own labor is the system guarantee to realize that labor contribution belongs to laborer and capital contribution belongs to capital owner. Deepening the reform of financial education system and financial market system can promote the orderly and standardized operation of financial innovation.
