基于Theil指数和Gini系数的教师资源配置均衡性分析

摘要
收集韶关市22所初级中学的教师资源数据,分别计算韶关市中级以上教师数、本科以上教师数、中青年教师数的Theil指数和Gini系数,并对Theil指数进行分解.通过将计算得到的Theil指数和Gini系数结果进行对比发现,Theil指数和Gini系数计算结果基本一致,在教师资源配置均衡性评价中,Theil指数与Gini系数可结合应用进行综合评价.
Firstly, through the collection of the teacher resource data of 22 junior high schools in Shaoguan, the data are preprocessed according to the three indicators of the number of teachers above the intermediate level,the number of teachers above the undergraduate level, and the number of young and middle-aged teachers(aged under 45 years old). Secondly, the Theil index and Gini coefficient of the number of teachers above the intermediate level and the number of teachers above the undergraduate level and the number of young and middle-aged teachers in Shaoguan City were calculated separately, and the Theil index was decomposed. Finally,by comparing the calculated Theil index and Gini coefficient results, the calculation results of Theil index and Gini coefficient are basically the same. In the teacher resource allocation balance evaluation, Theil index and Gini coefficient can be combined and applied for comprehensive evaluation.
