摘要
原油、成品油管道是石油运输最重要的基础设施之一,是石化企业油品运输网络中的战略通道。本文阐述了建国以来我国石油管道的发展阶段和演变特征,对原油管道、成品油管道的空间布局特征进行分析,并提出存在问题及建设建议。分析表明,近年来,我国石油管道输送能力不断提高,空间布局趋于完善、合理,但仍存在部分管道重复建设、流向相反、不同石化集团间运输界限较大、管道网络化程度低、管道建设管理机制不健全等问题。
        With the rapid development of petrochemical industries in China, the trade transportation demands of crude oil and oil products has a substantial increase, and the importance of crude oil pipelines and products pipelines has become more obvious. Based on the previous studies both at home and abroad, this paper takes petroleum pipelines as the study objects to analyze its development stages and evolution characteristics since 1958. Secondly, the paper described the spatial distribution features of crude oil pipeline network and products pipeline system. Finally, the paper summarizes petroleum pipelines' existing problems, in order tocome up with the feasible strategies for its further construction. The research shows that: there are more and more large—capacity, long—distance petroleum pipelines in our country recent years, and pipeline resources get integrated gradually. But there are still some problems to be solved, such as repeated construction, contradictory construction, low networking level, limited transfer between petrochemical groups and chaotic mechanism of pipelines' construction and management.
