摘要
文章介绍了一款增压直喷发动机冷却系统的设计开发过程。初步确定零部件参数后,进行了冷却系统1D模拟及整机水套3D-CFD模拟计算。通过冷却系统功能试验与发动机整机温度场试验对冷却系统的冷却性能进行了验证。根据模拟计算结果和试验数据对系统进行了优化。最终的设计结果满足使用要求,能够保证发动机温度在各工况下均处于适当范围内。
        In this article, the design and development process of TGDI engine cooling system was described. With the initially determined components parameters as inlet boundary conditions, 1D simulation of the cooling system and 3D-CFD simulation of water jackets was performed. Performance of cooling system was verified by result of cooling system function test and temperature field test. According to the simulation result and experimental data, the system was improved. Finally, the approach achieved the requirements. The cooling system was able to ensure that the engine temperature is in appropriate range on all operating conditions.
