周德生教授运用经验方治疗痫症验案

摘要
通过总结临床经典病案,介绍周德生教授运用中医治疗痫症的思路和经验,对于显示中医优势具有重要意义。周德生教授认为,痫症多由风、火、痰、瘀互结所致,其致病因素繁多,病机复杂,但总属本虚标实。治疗上应分清标本虚实,轻重缓急,以熄风化痰、泻火祛瘀为大法,随证施治,若素体虚弱可加用益肾填精、健脾宁心之品以治其本。从而使正气得复,阴阳调和,以从根本上治愈痫症。
By summarizing the classical clinical cases, this paper introduces Professor Zhou Desheng 's mentalities and experience in curing epilepsy with traditional Chinese medicine, which is of great significance to show the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Zhou Desheng believes that epilepsy is mostly caused by wind, fire, phlegm and blood stasis. There are many pathogenic factors and complicated pathogenesis, but they are always deficiency and excess. In the treatment, we should distinguish the deficiency and excess of the specimen, the degree of urgency, to quench the wind and dissipate phlegm, Xiehuo removing blood stasis as the major method, with the syndrome treatment. If the weak vegetable body can be added to the kidney fill essence, invigorating the spleen and tranquilizing the heart products to treat its root, so as to restore healthy qi and yin and yang, and cure epilepsy radically.
