乌灵胶囊联合乙哌立松对频发性紧张型头痛患者的临床疗效

摘要
目的观察乌灵胶囊联合乙哌立松对频发性紧张型头痛患者的临床疗效。方法 146例患者随机分为对照组(74例)和观察组(72例),对照组给予乙哌立松,观察组在对照组基础上加用乌灵胶囊,疗程8周。然后,检测头痛指标(发作天数、持续时间、NRS评分)、临床疗效、PSQI评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分变化。结果治疗8周后,观察组头痛指标、临床疗效较对照组显著改善(P<0.05);治疗4、8周后,观察组PSQI评分、HAMA评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。但2组HAMD评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论乌灵胶囊联合乙哌立松可有效缓解频发性紧张型头痛患者焦虑程度,提高睡眠质量。
AIM To observe the clinical effects of Wuling Capsules combined with piperazone on patients with frequent episodic tension-type headache.METHODS One hundred and forty-six patients were randomly divided into control group(74 cases) for 8-week administration of piperazone, and observation group(72 cases) for 8-week administration of Wuling Capsules and piperazone. Subsequently, the changes in headache indices(attack day, duration, NRS score), clinical efficacy, PSQI score, HAMA score and HAMD score were detected.RESULTS After 8-week treatment, the observation group demonstrated significantly improved headache indices and clinical efficacy as compared with the control group(P<0.05). After 4-week and 8-week treatment, the observation group exhibited markedly decreased PSQI score and HAMA score as compared with the control group(P<0.05). But no significant difference in HAMD score was found between the two groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION For the patients with frequent episodic tension-type headache, Wuling Capsules combined with piperazone can effectively alleviate anxiety degree and enhance sleep quality.
