摘要

为了有效防控鸡新城疫的发生,本试验在研究新城疫免疫抗体消长规律的基础上,结合日常免疫抗体检测、优化既往免疫程序,制定了适合当地养鸡生产的新城疫免疫程序,并取得了较好的免疫效果。
        In order to control Newcastle disease effectively, this test established a appropriate immune procedure of Newcastle Disease for laying hens in Shangqiu city basing on the ebb and flow rules of antibody titer,combining usual detection and optimizing past immune procedure.
