美国心力衰竭患者远程延续护理干预研究进展

摘要
目前国外信息技术在延续护理中的应用较多,而我国的延续护理仍以传统的家庭访视和电话回访为主。本文通过综述美国心力衰竭患者远程延续性护理的研究进展,分析了其对我国远程延续护理发展的启示,为心力衰竭患者实施远程延续性护理提供依据,促进延续护理更好地发展。
The information technology has been applied to transitional care more and more frequently abroad, but in our country transitional care still depends on the traditional family visits and telephone follow-up. This article reviewed the research progress of remote transitional care in patients with heart failure in the United States, summarized its inspiration for the development of remote transitional care in China, in order to provide basis for the implementation of remote transitional nursing for patients with heart failure, and thus promote the better development of transitional care.
