超声筛查婴幼髋关节发育异常的研究进展

<正>发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)是一系列疾病的统称,包括髋臼发育不良、髋关节半脱位和髋关节全脱位等。DDH的解剖主要表现为股骨头、髋臼及周围软组织的结构不匹配~[1-3],是严重危害婴儿健康的最常见骨骼肌肉系统疾病之一。DDH若能在出生后数月内接受干预或治疗,绝大多数髋关节可发育正常。所以早期诊断是DDH预后的关键~[4],
