摘要
目的研究婴幼儿常见下呼吸道感染性疾病与淋巴细胞亚群变化的关系。方法选取呼吸道感染性疾病患儿40例作为研究对象,根据疾病不同将其分为支气管炎、肺炎以及毛细支气管炎三组,其中支气管炎组11例、肺炎组21例、毛细支气管炎组8例,选取同期来我院进行健康体检的儿童15名作为参照对象,将其设置为健康组。观察四组淋巴细胞亚群变化情况,以及对婴幼儿下呼吸道感染性相关疾病与淋巴细胞亚群水平相关性进行分析。结果 CD_3~+、CD_3~+、CD_4~+、T4/T8以及CD_3~-、CD_(16)~+、CD_(56)~+水平与婴幼儿下呼吸道感染性相关疾病呈负相关;CD_3~+、CD_8~+与CD_3~-、CD_(19)~+水平与婴幼儿下呼吸道感染性相关疾病呈正相关。结论淋巴细胞亚群水平变化与婴幼儿常见下呼吸道感染性疾病发展与发生有着密切的联系,在临床诊治过程中加强对淋巴细胞亚群水平变化监测有助于临床中对于患儿病情的诊治。
        Objective To study the relationship between common lower respiratory tract infections and lymphocyte subsets in infants and young children. Methods Forty children with respiratory tract infections were selected as subjects. They were divided into three groups according to different diseases: bronchitis, pneumonia and bronchiolitis. Among them, 11 were in the bronchitis group,21 in the pneumonia group, and 8 in the bronchiolitis group. For example, 15 children who were admitted to our hospital for health checkups at the same time were selected as reference targets and set as healthy groups. The changes of lymphocyte subsets in the four groups were observed, and the correlation between the lower respiratory tract infection-related diseases and lymphocyte subsets in infants and young children was analyzed. Results CD3+, CD3+, CD4+, T4/T8, and CD3-, CD16+, and CD56+ levels were negatively correlated with infantile lower respiratory tract infection-related diseases; CD3+, CD8+ and CD3-, CD19+ levels and infantile lower respiratory tract infection-related diseases Positive correlation. Conclusion The changes of lymphocyte subsets are closely related to the development and occurrence of common lower respiratory tract infections in infants and young children. Strengthening the monitoring of lymphocyte subsets during clinical diagnosis and treatment can help the diagnosis and treatment of children's diseases in clinic.
