承插型钢管支模架的加工与应用

摘要
通过对承插型钢管支模架的研究,阐述了实际生产加工和工程项目中的应用,比较分析了其与传统钢管扣件式支撑架的综合指标。结果表明:承插型钢管支模架在8m以下的普通房屋建筑领域,应用效果良好。在实际使用中,掌握好生产加工及材料计划的关键点,可以有效提高整体架体质量。对承插型钢管支模架的生产加工和应用关键点进行总结,可为现有模架市场新产品的升级提供参考。
Based on the research of socket type steel pipe formwork support, the application of actual production, processing and engineering projects were expounded in this paper, and compares and analyses the comprehensive index of socket steel pipe formwork support with traditional steel pipe fastener support. The results show that the socket type steel pipe formwork support has good application effect in the field of ordinary building construction under 8 m. In practical use, the mastering the key points of production, processing and material planning can effectively improve the overall frame quality. The key points of production, processing and application of socket steel pipe formwork support were summarized, which could provide reference for the upgrading of new products in the existing formwork market.
