摘要
针对电网规模日益扩大、电力系统的设备种类大幅增加,导致电网分析计算基础数据管理繁琐、上下级电网协同交互复杂的问题,设计并实现了网省一体化电网分析计算数据平台。该系统首先建设网省一体化基础数据管理平台,实现电网分析计算设备信息共享及分级、分层管理,并采用工作流实现多级审核机制确保数据准确性;在此基础上,实现电网运行方式下发、上传及方式自动合并闭环管理流程;通过对PSD-BPA计算结果信息的统计和挖掘,实现电网运行方式辅助决策分析。该系统在南方电网总调及所辖五省七个中调成功应用表明,系统智能、可靠,能有效提高电网分析计算数据管理效率,提升电网分析计算数据的准确性及网省两级电网一体化运行方式协同分析效率,为科学安排电网运行方式提供技术决策支持。
        In view of the increasing scale of power grid and the increasing complexity of the power system,the complicate situation of basic data management in power grid and the complex interaction between superior and subordinate power grid,an integrated power system equipment data platform for regional and provincial power grid was presented and realized.First,the system constructs a power grid basic data management platform to realize the power grid equipment information sharing as well as the classification,the stratification management between regional and provincial power grids,and the data multi-level audit mechanism is used to ensure the data accuracy.Secondly,the hand down,upload and automatically merges of power grid operation modes between region and provincial power grids are realized.Thirdly,the assist decision-making is obtained through analyzing the calculation results of PSD-BPA.The results of the system's successful application in China Southern Power Grid and the five provinces indicate that the system is intelligent,reliable,and it can effectively improve the power grid equipment data management efficiency,improve the accuracy of data analysis and calculation,and improve the regional and provincial power grid operation mode coordinate analysis efficiency,which provides technical decision support for the scientific arrangement of power grid operation modes.
