摘要
聚晶立方氮化硼具有良好的热稳定性以及很高的硬度,已经广泛应用于铸铁等高硬度金属加工中。本文研究了使用不同铝钛比例的粘结剂烧结的PcBN的耐磨性以及显微硬度,并利用XRD研究了烧结体的物相组成。发现使用铝钛比例为2:3的粘结剂烧结出的PcBN基本不含金属及金属间化合物,综合性能最好。
        Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride has been widely used in high hardness metal processing such as cast iron due to its supreme thermal stability and high hardness. In this paper, the wear resistance and microhardness of PcBN sintered with different Al-Ti ratio binders were investigated, and the phase composition of the sintered body was studied with XRD. It was found that PcBN sintered with a bonder having a ratio of Al to Ti of 3:2 is substantially free of metals and intermetallic compounds, and has the best overall performance.
