摘要
开展远洋渔业基础性长期性调查监测工作,对分析资源变化与环境关系,掌握渔场时空动态,制定渔业政策等都有重要意义。选择北太平洋渔场、中西太平洋渔场、东南太平洋渔场、西南大西洋渔场、中大西洋渔场等、南极磷虾探捕渔场、南海鸢乌贼渔场7个渔场,针对南极磷虾(Euphausia superba)、头足类(Cephalopod)、秋刀鱼(Cololabis saira Brevoort)、鲐鱼(Scomber japonicus)等渔业资源,由多家单位共同参与,进行长期调查监测,以获取渔场环境、渔船装备、鱼种组成、捕捞状况、生物学测定等数据,并构建对象关系模型管理数据。平台定义了远洋监测数据交换标准和系统安全保障体系,设计了基础数据层、逻辑交换层、应用服务层三层架构提供服务,为进一步的数据分析和展示建立基础。
        The basic long-term survey and monitoring of ocean fisheries is of great significance for analyzing the relationship between resource changes and environment,mastering the temporal and spatial dynamics of fishing grounds,and formulating fishery policies. Seven main fishing grounds were selected in this study,including the North Pacific fishing ground,the West Pacific fishing ground,the Southeast Pacific fishing ground,the Southwest Atlantic fishing ground,the Atlantic fishing ground and so on. The Antarctic krill,squid,mackerel pike,chub mackerel fishery resources were monitored. Many organizations joined the study together. Through the investigation and monitoring work, fishing ground environment, fishing vessel equipment,fish species composition,fishing status,biological determination data were obtained. The data were analyzed by building an object relationship model. The platform defined the data exchange standard and system safety assurance mechanism of ocean monitoring. Three layers were built to provide services,including basic data layer,logical exchange layer and application service layer. The foundation was built for further data analysis and display.
