威信与年轻辅导员
摘要
高校辅导员作为从事大学生思想政治工作的骨干力量,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,在实施德育工作中起着不可替代的作用。年轻的高校辅导员因为刚带班,班级同学来自五湖四海,个性不一,再加上年龄又比学生大不了几岁,使得他们在学生面前树立威信困难,阻碍了班级工作的展开。因此,建立年轻辅导员的威信显得格外重要,其威信的有无、高低直接关系着教育管理学生的成败,同时也是衡量辅导员工作水平的重要标志。本文主要探讨年轻辅导员树立威信的几个注意点。年轻的辅导员如何树立威信,是每个高校年轻辅导员的一门必修课。
As the backbone of the ideological and political work of college students, college counselors are the guides for the healthy growth of college students and play an irreplaceable role in the implementation of moral education. Young college counselors lack experience in class management, while students come from all over the world and have different personalities. In addition,young counselors are not much older than their students, making it difficult for them to establish prestige and hindering the implementation class work. Therefore, it is particularly important to establish the prestige of young counselors. Whether or not their prestige is established is directly related to the success or failure of student education and management, and it is also an important symbol for measuring the work level of counselors. This article mainly discusses several points that should be noticed in the establishment of young counselors' prestige. How to establish the prestige of young counselors is a required course for young counselors in every university.
