摘要
目的探讨2016年滨州市食源性疾病的发病及流行趋势,为食源性疾病的防控措施提供科学依据。方法对在哨点医院就诊的食源性疾病患者进行登记,收集患者基本信息、发生场所、临床症状和体征及饮食史,分析2016年滨州市食源性疾病的流行特征。结果食源性疾病的高发期月份为8月,第三、四季度病例数均保持较高趋势,共发生1 008例,占病例总数的68.20%;病例中25~34岁年龄组人数较多,占21.18%;职业主要为农民,占53.86%;家庭是发生食源性疾病的主要进食场所,占80.78%;肉与肉制品是引起食源性疾病的主要食品,占17.97%。结论滨州市食源性疾病监测反映本市食源性疾病发生趋势,应加强食源性疾病的监测和管理,开展积极有效的防控措施,以降低食源性疾病的发生。
        Objective To explore the epidemic features and occurrence trends of foodborne disease in 2016 in Binzhou city,and provide scientific basis for countermeasures. Methods To register the food borne disease patients of sentinel hospitals,and collect the basic information,place of occurrence,clinical symptoms and signs,and diet history of patients,in order to analyze the epidemic characteristics of food borne diseases in Binzhou in 2016. Results The surveillance date showed that the peak of the incidence rate of foodborne diseases was August. A total of 1 008 cases was maintaining high trend with the third and fourth quarters,accounted for 68.20%. The foodbrone diseases mainly occurred in the 25-34 year-old age group,accounted for 21.18%. The peasants were major part in foodborne diseases,accounted for 53.86%.Family were the main places for the occurrence of foodborne diseases,accounted for 80.78%. Meat and Meat products were the leading cause for foodborne diseases,accounted for 17.97%. Conclusion Foodborne disease active surveillance system of Binzhou can reflect the trend of foodborne diseases of the city,so it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance and management of foofborne diseases,and carry out more effective preventive and control measures,so as to reduce the incidance of foodborne disease.
