摘要
继"看病难、住院难"问题后,"停车难"亦成为医院的老大难问题。通过分析医院停车服务投诉的原因及对医院带来的不良影响,建立健全防范对策,优化就医环境,提高患者就医满意度。
Following the problem of "difficulty of getting medical service and difficulty of hospitalization", "difficulty of parking" has become a difficult problem for the hospitals. The article analyzed the reasons of complaining hospital parking service and the adverse influence that followed, and put forward countermeasures for preventing the complaints to optimize medical service environment and increase patients' satisfaction.
