摘要
目的探讨PET/CT检查采用不同静脉注射法注射18F-FDG显像剂的准确性和辐射防护影响。方法选取2017年6—7月在我院接受检查的的70例PET/CT受检者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者采用改良直接注射法,对照组患者采用三通管注射法,显影剂均采用18F-FDG(7. 2±0. 2) m Ci,比较两组患者注射器内残留药物放射性活度,同时,采用活度计测量记录其放射性显影剂时间。结果观察组患者注射器内残余药物放射性明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);但两组患者放射性显像时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论对于PET/CT检查者采用改良直接法,可有效降低注射器内18F-FDG显像剂的残余量和放射性活度,与三通管注射法相比注射剂量精准,但临床操作中遭受残余药物辐射时间不会增加,值得临床推广应用。
        Objective To investigate the effect to accuracy and radiation protection of different intravenous injections of 18 F-FDG imaging agents in PET/CT examination. Methods To compare the residual drug radioactivity in the syringes,and measure and record the time of radioactive developer using a viability meter,70 cases of PET/CT examinees who were examined in our hospital from June to July 2017 were observed,and were randomly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The study group adopted the modified direct injection,while the control group adopted the T-injection.The developer was all 18 F-FDG( 7. 2 ± 0. 2) m Ci. Results The residual drug radioactivity in the syringe of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance in the difference of radiographic imaging time between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion For the PET/CT examiner,the improved direct method could effectively reduce the residual amount and radioactive activity of the 18 F-FDG imaging agent in the syringe. Compared with the T-injection,the injection dose is more accurate,but the radiation exposure time to residual drug during clinical operation will not increase. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
