摘要
食品分析是食品类专业一门实践性很强的专业基础课,要求学生掌握实验操作技能和提高动手能力、解决问题能力。将项目教学法应用于食品分析教学中,对课程及实验实践环节的改革进行有益探索,以培养出合格的食品类专业复合应用型人才。
Food analysis is a very practical basic course for food specialty. It not only requires students to master experimental operation skill, but also requires students to improve students' operational ability and the ability of solving problem. The project teaching method is applied to the teaching of food analysis, and the reform of curriculum and experimental practice is explored, so as to cultivate qualified applied talents of food specialty.
