摘要
稠油油藏开发通常采用热采生产方式,为了提高注热效果、保护套管,防止产生过大热应力造成套损,进而影响油井正常生产,一般稠油热采井采用封隔器+隔热油管的方式进行生产。辽河油田根据稠油油藏精细化开发需要,开展了Ф177.8 mm隔热套管完井技术研究与试验。通过对隔热系统、连接方式、保温接箍、预应力设计等方面的分析,对隔热套管进行了优化设计;通过对井身结构、完井及固井工艺、注汽工艺等方面的研究,对隔热套管应用进行技术优化,确保了试验井的安全顺利实施,对国内稠油油田隔热套管方式开发提供了一定的借鉴和参考。
Thermal production is usually used in the development of heavy oil reservoir. In order to improve heat injection effect, protect casing, prevent casing damage caused by excessive thermal stress, and then affect the normal production of oil wells, packers and heat insulation casing are generally used in heavy oil thermal recovery wells. The Ф177.8 mm heat insulation casing well completion technology was studied and tested according to the need of fine development of heavy oil reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield. The optimum design of heat insulation casing was finished through analysis of insulation system, connection mode, insulation coupling and prestress design. Through the study of wellbore structure, well completion and cementing technology and steam injection technology, the application of heat insulation casing was optimized to ensure the safe and smooth tests.
