摘要
在科技创新驱动经济社会发展的大趋势下,融合式研究作为一种以解决重大经济社会问题为目标的科研新范式受到高度重视。该范式具有不同于传统科研模式的特点,因而传统的科研评价模型也不再与之相适应。如何开展融合式研究的评价是推动融合式研究的一个关键问题。中国科学院为落实"十三五"规划部署,探索建立了融合式研究的评价框架并开展了试点评价。
In the current trend of encouraging science, technology and innovation to drive economic and social development, convergence research is regarded as a new research paradigm with the ultimate purpose of solving grand economic or societal problems. Distinct with traditional research paradigm, this new paradigm is not fit with traditional research evaluation framework, which means how to develop an appropriate evaluation framework for convergence research is one of the key tasks. In order to implement its 13 th five year plan, Chinese Academy of Sciences has formed an evaluation framework for convergence research, and has completed a pilot evaluation based on this framework.
