摘要
微波加热因可选择性加热、升温速率快、加热效率高、绿色环保等优点在各学科领域得到了广泛关注,在简要分析微波加热原理的基础上,指出微波加热过程中存在损耗大和加热不均匀的缺陷,提出采用变频技术的微波加热方案,并指出了有待改进优化的几个方面。
        Microwave heating has attracted wide attention in various fields due to its advantages of selective heating,fast heating rate,high heating efficiency and environmental protection.Based on a brief analysis of the principle of microwave heating,the defects of large loss and uneven heating in microwave heatingprocess are pointed out.The microwave heating method using variable-frequency technology is proposed,and several aspects to be improved and optimized are pointed out.
