摘要
某型号起落架转筒零件粘接的自润滑衬垫在装配前出现局部剥落。为确定自润滑衬垫局部剥落的原因,对转筒的加工流程进行了梳理、分析,并对可能影响衬垫粘接性能导致剥离强度降低的环节进行试验验证。结果表明,粘接前基体清理质量;喷漆过程中有机溶剂的渗入;机械干涉等是导致衬垫剥落的主要因素,此外,也不排除综合因素作用的结果。
Local peeling of self-lubricating liner used for a certain type of landing gear rotary drum parts occurs before assembly. In order to determine the peeling reason,the processing flow of rotary drum was sorted out and analyzed. And the links that may affect the bonding performance of the liner and lead to the reduction of peeling strength were tested and verified. The result showed that the cleaning quality of the matrix before bonding,the infiltration of organic solvents in the paint spraying process and mechanical interference were the main peeling cause of the liner. In addition,results of composite factors are not excluded.
