摘要
本文结合甘肃省公路养护现状,在室内外试验的基础上,针对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料关键技术指标开展研究,分析了其在甘肃省的适用性。通过室内沥青发泡实验,研究了发泡原理及其发泡评价指标;对于泡沫沥青混合料,着重分析了水泥掺量对混合料性能的影响,并分析了现有成型方式、养生温度存在的问题以及对混合料性能的影响;针对现有规范设计评价指标单一问题,提出了基于振动成型的三轴试验残余粘聚力指标评价抗水损害能力;同时,现场试验段的铺筑对泡沫沥青冷再生技术在甘肃省的应用推广奠定了基础。
Considering the current situation of highway maintenance in Gansu Province,based on indoor and outdoor tests,this paper studies the key technical indexes of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture and analyzes its applicability in Gansu Province.Through indoor asphalt foaming experiment,the foaming principle and foaming evaluation index were studied.For foamed asphalt mixture,the inf luence of cement content on the performance of the mixture was emphatically analyzed.The existing molding methods,the problems of curing temperature and the inf luence on the performance of the mixture were analyzed.Aiming at the single problem of the existing standard design evaluation index,the vibration based molding three was put forward.The residual cohesion index of shaft test is used to evaluate the ability of water damage resistance.At the same time,the laying of f ield test section lays a foundation for the application and popularization of cold recycling technology of foamed asphalt in Gansu Province.
